The website www.elvial.gr, including all its subpages (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), is owned by the company ELVIAL S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Its purpose is to present the Company’s products to the public via the Internet.
The use of the Website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use, which apply to all content, images, photographs, graphics, and files included on the Website. Therefore, every visitor or user must carefully review these Terms before browsing or using the Website. For any dispute arising from the use of the Website, the competent courts are those of Thessaloniki.
