ELVIAL PRO – Basic Version
The basic version of ELVAIL PRO includes all the necessary functions for managing projects, positions, and calculations. It forms the core of the system and can be easily expanded with additional modules and databases, depending on your needs.
With ELVIAL PRO, you can fully digitize the design, calculation, and production of frames, doors, and curtain walls, covering every stage of the construction process.
The basic module supports data entry, offering functions such as automatic cut creation and preliminary static control, facilitating accurate design.
All the necessary data for costing, ordering, and production can be exported to popular file formats such as PDF, Word, and Excel. At the same time, it includes an interface with double folding machines for direct production support.
The basic version comes with a supplier database package, and additional packages can be added flexibly.

CAD – Suite 2D Module
CAD-Suite 2D is a comprehensive two-dimensional design program, specially developed for the window, door, and curtain wall industry. It ensures excellent compatibility with external CAD systems and fully integrates AutoCAD tools.
With CAD-Suite 2D, you can transfer 2D sections, drawings, and construction details to all widely used CAD programs. The module includes ELVIAL PRO CAD, a 2D interface, DXF/DWG file export, and the AutoCAD toolbox.
ELVIAL PRO CAD offers both general design functions and specialized tools for metal structures, such as connections to masonry, sheet metal management, insulation, and other technical details. It also supports layer management and a standard component generator.
For fast and reliable data exchange between ELVIAL PRO and all known design systems, a 2D interface and DXF/DWG export are available. The AutoCAD toolbox provides direct access to all ELVIAL PRO databases, allowing the use of both individual components and complete elements.

Machinings & Bar Drawings Module
The Machinings & Bar Drawings module allows you to create machinings and bar drawings quickly and accurately, even for complex structures.
The system automatically assigns the correct holes, slots, and milling to each component. Machining information is drawn from system machining and components and is automatically generated within ELVIAL PRO. Any customized specifications are also transferred.
You can create your own machining instructions in ELVIAL PRO and display them directly on the drawings. Bar Drawings can be viewed and printed via CAD, while the integrated logic check ensures that all machining operations are performed without collisions.
The module works exclusively in conjunction with CAD-Suite 2D. In combination with the CNC or CNC with Cutting modules, data can be sent directly to profile machining centers.

CNC & CNC with Cutting Modules
The CNC and CNC with Cutting modules enable direct and reliable data transfer to almost all modern machine types at the touch of a button.
The CNC module transfers machining information from the Machinings & Bar Drawings module directly to the software of three-, four-, and five-axis machining centers. It is available exclusively in combination with this specific module.
Through ELVIAL PRO, you can define separate tool sets for each machine, while the transfer of custom machining operations created in Machinings & Bar Drawings is also supported.
The CNC with Cutting module extends functionality by providing data for both cutting and machining. It is essential for connecting to bar-feed machines and certain five-axis machining centers.

Fabrication Phases Module
The Fabrication Phases module supports project-independent production planning, allowing positions or entire projects to be grouped into fabrication phases.

Large orders can be divided into phases, while identical items can be distributed across different production phases for optimal management.
