Access to specific sections of the Website (e.g., the Elvial Hub) is restricted to authorized users (partners, employees). The Website offers the option to log in using third-party authentication services, specifically Google and Microsoft accounts (Single Sign-On). By choosing to log in via these providers:

  1. You authorize the Company to receive your authentication information (specifically your email address, name, and profile picture) solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and creating or linking your user account.

  2. The Company does not store your external account passwords.

  3. The use of these third-party services is also subject to the Privacy Policies and Terms of Use of Google and Microsoft, respectively.

Disclaimer of Liability

The Company makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information provided to visitors. However, it does not guarantee that the pages, services, options, or content will be continuously available without errors or interruptions, nor that any errors will be corrected immediately. Additionally, the Company is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Website or the presence of viruses or other harmful software, despite its best efforts to ensure user security.

Hyperlinks or advertising banners on the Website may lead to third-party websites not controlled by the Company. Consequently, the Company bears no responsibility for the content of these websites or any damage resulting from their use. For any issues related to these websites, users must contact the respective administrators directly. The Company does not endorse or associate itself with the content or services of these third-party websites.

The Company is not liable for any damage users may incur from using the Website. The content is provided “as is” without any warranties. The information provided is intended for general informational purposes and professional use within the context of the Hub. It is expressly, categorically, and unreservedly agreed that the Company bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect, positive or consequential damage, or moral harm that may arise to the user or a third party, regardless of cause or reason, even due to the Company’s fault. In all the above cases, the user waives, by virtue of these Terms (disclaimer clause), any right or claim.

Operation and Modifications

The Website is designed to operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to part or all of the Website in case of technical issues, maintenance, or other emergency circumstances. The Company also reserves the right to modify the Website’s format, content, operating hours, or to interrupt its operation for system maintenance at any time without prior notice.

The Company may access and process personal data submitted by users for communication, statistical analysis, financial purposes, authentication, and Website service improvement.

Specific to SSO: When using Google or Microsoft Login, we process only the necessary identification data to grant access to the Hub.
